FM認(rèn)證熔斷閥概述：

熔斷閥是一種管道的熔斷保護(hù)裝置，尤其是針對(duì)環(huán)境溫度的變化實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)切斷、液體、溶劑、酒精、有毒液體等潛在危險(xiǎn)介質(zhì)系統(tǒng)中防火的一種閥門保護(hù)裝置。

熔斷閥的設(shè)計(jì)是用于當(dāng)環(huán)境溫度達(dá)到設(shè)定值時(shí)自動(dòng)切斷或液體，溶劑，酒精，有毒液體或任何其他潛在危險(xiǎn)介質(zhì)的管道系統(tǒng)。一旦發(fā)生火災(zāi)或環(huán)境超過設(shè)定值，熔斷閥將自動(dòng)終止或液體，溶劑，酒精，有毒液體或任何其他潛在危險(xiǎn)介質(zhì)的供應(yīng)，終止或者降低火災(zāi)事故所造成的危害。在發(fā)生火災(zāi)時(shí)，熔斷閥的熔斷片在達(dá)到預(yù)設(shè)值的時(shí)候自動(dòng)分離，進(jìn)而驅(qū)動(dòng)閥門頂端的執(zhí)行器，閥門由常開變成常閉或由常閉變成常開。熔斷閥擁有不同的溫度設(shè)置值，可根據(jù)項(xiàng)目實(shí)際情況，自由選擇，通常，熔斷閥的設(shè)定溫度宜大于環(huán)境溫度30℃。在自動(dòng)噴水滅火系統(tǒng)中，是一個(gè)非常理想的選擇。另外，熔斷閥在使用過程中只要更換斷掉的熔斷片即可重復(fù)使用，從而降低了使用成本。

Overview of FM-certified fusible valve: The fusible valve is a fuse protection device for pipelines, especially a valve protection device for fire prevention in potential hazardous medium systems such as automatic cut-off, liquids, solvents, alcohols, toxic liquids, etc. in response to changes in ambient temperature. The design of the fusible valve is used to automatically cut off the pipeline system for liquids, solvents, alcohols, toxic liquids or any other potentially hazardous media when the ambient temperature reaches the set value. In the event of a fire or when the environment exceeds the set value, the fusible valve will automatically terminate the supply of liquids, solvents, alcohols, toxic liquids or any other potentially hazardous media, terminating or reducing the hazards caused by fire accidents. In case of fire, the fuse of the fusible valve automatically separates when reaching the preset value, and then drives the actuator at the top of the valve. The valve changes from normally open to normally closed or from normally closed to normally open. Fusible valves have different temperature setting values. According to the actual situation of the project, you can freely choose. Generally, the set temperature of the fusible valve should be greater than the ambient temperature by 30 °C. It is a very ideal choice in automatic sprinkler systems. In addition, during the use of the fusible valve, it can be reused only by replacing the broken fuse, thereby reducing the use cost.

目前切斷技術(shù)通過不斷的引進(jìn)革新與發(fā)展，取得了長(zhǎng)足性的進(jìn)步，但針對(duì)或液體，溶劑，酒精，有毒液體或任何其他潛在危險(xiǎn)介質(zhì)的高危險(xiǎn)性系統(tǒng)中，目前仍普遍使用手動(dòng)切斷閥，電動(dòng)或氣動(dòng)切斷閥。但這些閥門的控制方式，在火災(zāi)等事故發(fā)生過程中，由于環(huán)境的特殊性，致使操作人員無(wú)法在緊急情況下快速關(guān)閉，或因事故現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的惡劣條件無(wú)法靠近切斷閥，或造成電動(dòng)、氣動(dòng)切斷閥系統(tǒng)功能的損壞，或當(dāng)切斷閥的線圈意外充電后，自動(dòng)切斷閥將自動(dòng)開啟，致使無(wú)法起到緊急切斷管道的目的。致使可能造成或液體，溶劑，酒精，有毒液體或任何其他潛在危險(xiǎn)介質(zhì)的泄漏，有可能會(huì)對(duì)實(shí)施關(guān)閉行為的人員造成一定的人身傷害，或?qū)е聼o(wú)法及時(shí)關(guān)閉管道進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大事故災(zāi)害。
